The return or exchange can be done within 7 days after purchase date.
The return or exchange items can be done only on the following cases:
Defects from manufacturing, damage from the transportation or installation
The delivered items not match with the ordered items
Return or exchange cannot be done for the following cases:
Customized items
Stock items
Other items such as pillow, bedding, or other decoration items
The return or exchange items will be entitled to fee of 50% of the original price (price before discount) if the item already been delivered or installed.
The Exchange or return fee is 200.000 kip for time
The defect from manufacturing is under warranty terms can be return or exchange with another item
If the item has damage from the use, this case cannot be returned and exchanged.
CLAIM PROCESS
Customer has to inform the return or exchange within 7 days after the purchase. Please contact our sale center at 020 55 540-854 (for Dongnasok Branch) and 020 55 540-853 (for Parkson branch). Please attached information such as your invoice, picture of the product or video and description of defect.
Our staff will contact you within 3 working days for the confirmation of your claim.
If your purchase is under warranty, our team will contact you for further process
Customer will receive the refund within 15days after the claim approved
